Welcome to LanguageOps Studio
LanguageOps Studio brings file engineering, translation, quality assurance, content adaptation, and media localisation into one professional workflow. It also provides analysis and progressive processing for very large structured files, documents, and spreadsheets.

Who this guide is for
The guide is organised by role. Use the tabs at the top to jump to your section:
| Role | What you'll find |
|---|---|
| Project Managers | Projects, files, assignments, permissions, pre-translation, TM/TB, quality, completion, and delivery |
| Linguists | Assigned work, editing, shortcuts, tags, comments, QA/LQA, completion, and export |
| Admins | Team management, seats and invites, usage dashboards, costs and billing |
PMs can start with the first project walkthrough. Invited linguists should start with logging in and Assigned work.
The core workflow
Every project follows the same pipeline, whatever the file format:
- Prepare: create a project, upload files, configure extraction, attach resources, and assign workflow stages.
- Translate: pre-translate with AI or TM-only mode, or assign manual translation.
- Review: edit and confirm targets, resolve comments, and work through QA/LQA according to project permissions.
- Complete: run readiness checks and hand the workflow stage back for PM confirmation.
- Deliver: rebuild the original format, export bilingual or issue data, or push through a connector.
For multimedia work, the same assets can feed video translation and Live Translate workflows.

If the app does not match the guide, use the in-app feedback options or contact your account manager. If a linguist action is greyed out, first check the project's permissions with the PM.
