Billing and plans
Plan changes and payment details are managed by the organisation owner — the subscription is attached to their account. Admins can view plans and usage but the owner completes upgrades.
How pricing works
Plans are priced on two simple metrics:
- Words imported per month — the volume of source content brought into the platform.
- Tokens — AI feature consumption (translation, LQA, research). Each plan includes a token allowance; beyond it, token top-ups are available on a sliding scale (cheaper per 1K tokens at larger bundles), and an overage rate applies.
Seats (users included) come with the plan tier.
Plans
The Plans page shows the tiers — Professional, Team, Agency, and Enterprise (custom volume pricing) — with a full feature comparison, example scenarios, and the token top-up pricing table. Upgrading is self-service via card payment (processed by Stripe).
Managing the subscription
The Billing & Subscription page shows your current plan's words per month, users included, and overage rate, and gives the owner:
- Update Payment Method — change card or payment details.
- View Invoices — download past invoices and receipts.
- Compare Plans — jump to the plans page to change tier.
What to upgrade for
The three resources that run out are seats, monthly word volume, and tokens. The usage dashboard tells you which one you're actually short of — check it before upgrading; a token top-up is often cheaper than a tier jump if words and seats are fine.
