Logging in and your account

Sign in

Go to studio.languageops.com and sign in with your email and password, or with Microsoft single sign-on if your organisation has it enabled.

Joining via an invitation

If a team admin invited you, you'll receive an email with an invitation link. Following it lets you either:

  • Set a password to create a standard account, or
  • Sign in with Microsoft to link your work account directly.

Your seat, role, and organisation are already set up by the admin who invited you — once you're in, you'll see your team's projects according to your role.

Roles at a glance

  • Owner — created the organisation; controls billing and the subscription plan.
  • Admin — full access, including team management and usage/cost dashboards.
  • Project Manager — manages projects end to end, full TM/TB access.
  • Editor — edits and reviews translations (read-only TM/TB).
  • Linguist — translates assigned projects (read-only TM/TB).
  • QA — reviews translations and runs quality checks (read-only TM/TB).
  • Viewer — read-only access to assigned projects.

What you can see in the app depends on your role. If a page mentioned in this guide isn't visible to you, you most likely need an admin to upgrade your role.

Account settings

From Settings you can manage:

  • Profile — your name and account details.
  • LLM Model Settings — choose translation providers and toggle Privacy Mode (local LLM translation where no content leaves your infrastructure).
  • Notifications — control which email and in-app notifications you receive (job completions, comments, token alerts).
